  I have never experienced so many rude people in a PHARMACY setting. This is concerning the pharmacy at the JFK Plaza Hannaford in Waterville. There is one man that is absolutely the nicest and most professional/ helpful person there, and one woman who is pleasant but beyond that I just am shocked they get to act the way they do. All you need to be is somewhat kind and I don't know polite? From calling and getting the "Bark" of "Hannaford Pharmacy" to the inability to not say more than the fewest words. Example, when telling someone aggressively the prescription is not ready...that's it...then you have to ask them when will it be ready? Not in any nice polite way...just like we are being the biggest jerks for even asking? Be kinder, don't act like we are bothering you because guess what...it's your actual job... you work in a pharmacy and people are coming to YOU from all walks of life and if they are getting prescriptions they probably could use a little compassion. We have been going to this pharmacy for 3 years now and we are done...we will go somewhere else. Why we let them continually be rude to us is our own fault...we can just go elsewhere so we will. But if you feel like this is happening to you too...you are not alone!
