- JSJason StpierreDec 7, 20221.0So I called the pharmacy for a prescription. They asked me for my insurance number, so I went to go get the card out of my wallet and that person hung up me. Pathetic customer service. Maybe she should find a new job.
- MGMaine GalDec 4, 20201.0This has got to be the worst pharmacy of all Hannaford Pharmacies. The people are nice, but the service is beyond ridiculous. Prescriptions are never ready. Even we have resorted to calling each time we need to pick them up, Numerous different medication, no matter if they said it would be ready at a certain time or not. They will text it’s ready and it’s not. They don’t let you know that there is issues with a prescriptions, you find out when you get there. Then it’s a Friday and your doctor is gone. Oh well nothing they can do. I could go on and on. We are elderly and had to make numerous trips to pick up medication because they aren’t ready, had to order it and never told us. They can see that you are beyond a date to refill and you’re out but it doesn’t matter. Removing our medication from here even though it will be a 20 minute drive to a different pharmacy. Not worth the aggravation, days without medication etc. I would never recommend this pharmacy.
