My gramp was pneumonia hospice and bed bound, they made a house call because he lost his hearing aides, did a hearing screening and placed loaners aides in his ears. We were so excited he could finally here. They were so kind and polite, sadly 3 days after my gramp passed, we were so thankful he could hear in those last days. The officer sent us a heartfelt card afrer I called them to report we unfortunately would not be needing to buy a pair as gramp passed. Would reccomended them to everyone!
