I've tried to be patient for the last couple of years, but now it appears the short handed staff has pretty much reached the burn-out phase as some of them are getting pretty rude when asked a question. As my prescriptions run out, I'm now having my Doctor order refills from Walgreens. They are great there and prescriptions are filled super quick. I hope Hannaford one day gets their act together or closes down the pharmace for good!

- AJAndy JMAug 6, 20173.0I've had some trouble at this pharmacy. I had a prescription that was "filled." It was double checked and initialled but when I got home I looked in the bottle and could tell I did not get the number prescribed. Needless to say I took the prescription back and spoke to the pharmacy manager. They corrected the short but it didn't set well with me that it was double checked and I was still short. It very clearly wasn't double checked. Count your pills. I have also noticed that very often they are "out" of many prescriptions I have filled. These are prescriptions that I get monthly. One time I was out and was told they would receive a shipment a couple of days later only to find out their supplier was out. Nobody offered to have it filled at another store. These are medicines that you can't start and stop. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy in town. Fair warning...You might wanna go to one of the many pharmacies in Gorham (just a short ride down the road). All this being said things have improved recently. It's just a shame I had to get ugly to get my point across.
