  I have never had a bad experience here before today. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. They have always helped me make the best decision for what I was looking for, have always communicated well, and have been fast in completing my order. Today I called to ask a question and I didn’t know it was not legally possible to do what I had asked about. I didn’t not demand for it to be done, I was not upset I couldn’t be helped in those regards, but I was upset when the man I spoke to was frustrated with me. Told me he couldn’t do it ‘even for a million bucks.’ Instead of taking the time to explain to me patiently why it was not possible, he gave me rude and brief answers. When I thanked him for his time he simply hung up on me. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or thought that this was common knowledge and thought I was just stupid, but I am no longer interested in this company. This small interaction really was enough to make me feel uncomfortable.

  The South Portland store has a decent selection of frames, but somewhat limited number of high end frames like Oakley. I found a frame that fit well, but I needed progressive lenses so I ordered online and received them in a week. Unfortunately, the lenses were made incorrectly so I returned to the store and they re-ordered a new pair. The South Portland store would not allow them to be shipped to my home so I had to return a week later to pick them up which was inconvenient. The replacements are great and the progressive transition is excellent.

  We worked with Than H on getting new glasses. He was so helpful and explained everything he was doing. Overall a great experience here thanks to Than.

  Called last week to ask a few questions about the process of making glasses eta and things like that was met on the phone with a girl who clealy sounded like i was wasting her time and told she will not tell me how long it takes so today i went in to see about hetting glasses in person and i immediately knew i was dealing with the same girl i asked can i get glasses made i have my prescriptionand inshurance she then pointed me to a wall of glasses and said go look at them and she disappeared i had questions about the frames and if they had certain ones in stock as there are alot of frames there and i was struggling to find the ones i like my customer service experience here was absolutely abysmal, not once but twice. And I do not believe any eyemart will be earning any of my business. In the future. I guess having the least expensive glasses means you're getting the cheapest. Possible customer service as well. And it's really a shame because I have multiple people in my family who exclusively shop at this location and all they ever do is tell me how great it is.It's really a shame that my 2 experiences Here were awful
