    My wife went in on 11/18 to get glasses and was helped by a very friendly salesman, Michael. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about our benefits and what was covered. I hate to admit I got a little upset over the phone. HOWEVER, Michael and the rest of the staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating even with the tension of our misunderstanding. I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism.

    Becca was wonderful to work with! I will ask for her every time I go get new glasses!! She is very pleasant and helpful and I highly recommend that you ask for her if you go there for your glasses!

    Excellent customer service I had plenty of time picking out new glasses, I really appreciate not feeling pressure. They have a great selection of styles, and I loved this. All my questions were answered and again not feeling pressured to hurry. I got the free pair along with my full script and my single lense was finished within 15 minutes, amazing., wearing them now I was told my progressives take about week and 1/2.good deal. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend them for your eyewear needs. Thank you
