  Called last week to ask a few questions about the process of making glasses eta and things like that was met on the phone with a girl who clealy sounded like i was wasting her time and told she will not tell me how long it takes so today i went in to see about hetting glasses in person and i immediately knew i was dealing with the same girl i asked can i get glasses made i have my prescriptionand inshurance she then pointed me to a wall of glasses and said go look at them and she disappeared i had questions about the frames and if they had certain ones in stock as there are alot of frames there and i was struggling to find the ones i like my customer service experience here was absolutely abysmal, not once but twice. And I do not believe any eyemart will be earning any of my business. In the future. I guess having the least expensive glasses means you're getting the cheapest. Possible customer service as well. And it's really a shame because I have multiple people in my family who exclusively shop at this location and all they ever do is tell me how great it is.It's really a shame that my 2 experiences Here were awful

  I came in with my husband yesterday and it was the best experience ever! The selection there was exceptional, and I was able to choose a pair I loved quickly. The younger masculine worker in all black and the cool haircut was so efficient, quick, and handled everything with ease. He is insanely good at his job!! I should've asked his name to credit him. And my glasses were ready in 31 minutes which is crazy! I loved my time there and would recommend/come back to this establishment. They took my insurance payment card without a problem so it worked out in the best way imaginable. Really made me happy.

  I had an excellent experience with getting new glasses. Once I picked out the frames I liked it was quite easy. My lenses needed to be ordered. It took a little over a week to get them and once they were in, they were perfect!@

  I can’t say enough kind things about these people in Portland. This is the second time I’ve been there and the first year. I had gotten several glasses and had great assistance. This time I needed some emergency glasses for a cheap price and they delivered.
