Had called in a script two weeks before it was due never heard anything for a couple of days. Tried calling six or eight times with no answer so I went in person. Was told the script ran out and had to be renewed. I asked why they hadn't let me know and she said" We can't be expected to do every little thing. You need to call when you don't hear from us". Never mind that I had been trying to call for several days. After about twenty more phone calls and three more trips in person I finally got my script which requires a needle. The needles they gave me were the cheapest I had ever seen with plastic syringes like something a little kid would use. They weren't even air tight because when I drew it out of the vial leaked all over my desk. I went back furious demanding my money back. She told me I had to come back Monday for a refund. I made sure everyone in the store knew it. Of course they never have any customers there anyway.
