- ELE. LajoieJan 30, 20262.0Bad experience this week. Picked up medication, and the medication bottle was defective, causing me to lose about 25% of the bottle as I tried to fix it. I returned to the pharmacy to get a new, functioning, full bottle, and the pharmacist refused to give me a replacement or refund. She told me to call the "manufacturer" (as though if I buy an item in the store, and the item is broken, and the store refused to refund it). This led to me being on the phone with the "manufacturer" for an hour, and the need for them to do an "investigation" before they will consider sending me a replacement medicine. So, I am without medicine and without recourse to have malfunctioning item replaced. Seems quite scam-like, and is a disappointment all around.

The few times I've needed a prescription in a hurry, they always came through. My only issue is with their archaic computer software, which abbreviates names. My name "Dana" become "Dan", which has resulted in me getting somebody else's prescription. I always check to make sure my prescription is correct before I leave the counter.

Had to pay outta pocket or I'll have to wait another day without. Which without the medication I would have to feel like garbage for another day. They made me feel like an absolute burden for there mistake. Never going through them again.
