She then had the audacity to tell me that I can walk-in anytime but given no one was in line, why would I bother coming back since she already turned me down? This type of service is pretty much all one gets nowadays: incompetent, self-righteous, can't be bothered. Makes you wonder why these people even advertise to perform a service juxtaposed having no intention whatsoever to accommodate people.
