- TTTimDec 12, 20231.0This place has really been going down the toilet for the last few months. We have been getting our prescriptions there for seven years and they have been great. The last few times, we have been notified they are ready to pick up and they aren't. Last night my wife went to the ER in the middle of the night and the hospital called in an antibiotic for her. Went it the next afternoon and Hannaford said they had no record of it, they said it was probably lost because they were transitioning their software. Ok, no problem we jump through hoops and get the doctor to call it in. Doctor confirms they called at 2:10. Back to the counter at 2:30 and they have no record of it. There solution was to call the doctor back again and have them ask for a pharmacist. The kicker is you could tell the people "helping" me couldn't care less that their failures were causing another human's suffering. We are going to pull our prescriptions from there and suggest anyone reading this do the same before they leave you high and dry.
