I can imagine it might have been different had the store been busy with other shoppers. Based on when I was there (Wednesday afternoon) it was perfect. The staff who helped me was wonderful. He greeted me but wasn't overly pushy or hard at trying to make a sale. He answered my questions and then I explored the frames on my own. When it came time to make my purchase he was efficient and the check out was simple. Advice - make sure to bring a copy of your prescription. He filed my insurance claim too and had insight into helping to maximize the benefits I might receive for reimbursement. I have ordered from Warby Parker online before and I've now had a great experience at a brick and mortar location. I would definitely return. It's also in the perfect location to explore the Old Port shopping and make a fun little afternoon trip out of it. The only downside is there's no designated parking, but it's downtown city and to be expected! There's plenty of street parking and a garage directly across the street essentially.
