    Only go if you want to be mansplained and ignored. Exam was fine but then had to wait 6 weeks to hear from anyone about the frames I ordered. I had to call several times, each time the person was unable to provide clarification on the status. I finally stopped in and they made up some weird story about UPS while it appears they’d been sitting in the store for a while. Tried on the frames and the right lens is blurry! I keep telling the man who was fitting me but he kept insisting they were not. (How he could so definitively know that about my eyesight is beyond me.) Then he told me I was just adjusting to glasses because I’d never worn them before. Please note, I’ve worn glasses since I was 5. He then told me that I wouldn’t be able to read the things in front of me without them, yet I took them off and proceeded to read the fine print on the back of a box without issue and more clearly than with the blurry lens on. He still kept telling me I was wrong. I finally left in exasperation. Wore my blurry lens for a few weeks and couldn’t take it any longer. Called to explain my predicament and they told me the manager was on vacation and I’d get a call from her when she returned. Never got the call. Never bothered to return for a follow up. Went to Warby Parker down the street, spent 1/10th the money and got my glasses 5 days later.

    Oh my gosh even in a blizzard and this team Absolutely was on it ! From the front desk through testing and to my appointment these ladies were absolutely the best! I am guilty of not being so observant of my eye care , they explained what I can do and why. I was way overdue for a prescription adjustment and new peepers the young lady showed me any and every frame they had lowest to highest and didn’t try to talk me into anything excessive or unnecessary truly a wonderful experience! True customer service is rare these days and this team exceeds !

    Super helpful! I bent my glasses & the sweet young lady was able to fix them without breaking them. They're amazing!
