Walking into the store on Middle Street on a frigid day, the store was bright, cheerful, & warm. A salesperson, Nina greeted me instantly &, once I described my issue, invited me to a counter towards the back. Background: I have 2 pairs of eyeglasses, previously purchased at Warby Parker. These glasses were recently sent out through this store for new prescription lens. Both were returned more quickly than I expected, yay! Both progressive prescription lens were not lining up right for reading. Nina was able to adjust one pair to sit better on my nose & that fixed the problem. The 2nd pair – no luck, & because these were replacement lens, it wasn’t clear that Warby Parker was beholden to fix the problem. They did even better! Nina spoke to a manager and came back to me with the news that I would get a new pair – new frames & new lens. She made careful measurements & sent the 2nd pair off. I left Warby Parker a happy forever-customer. Thank you, Warby Parker for standing by your products & thank you Nina for your patience, knowledge, and help today!
