  They closed their doors with a week or less notice, leaving those of us who had paid for packages of rides and unable to use them quickly in the dark. They've refused to refund myself and many others from what I'm hearing. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office and will file a complaint of theft by fraud with the Cumberland County DA. The owner is aware of what she did, she doesn't care. I look forward to being that one scammed customer that makes a point. Overall, this company as a franchise company seems to be a mess and I'd never recommend any of their sites.

  I walked in hoping to have my first ride free I am not from the area but on the website it said first ride free. That’s not the problem the problem was we walked into cycle bar very excited to try out cycling for the first time ever and the front lady was extremely rude. She said because we weren’t from around there we would not be able to have a free class. We drove over 30 min at 7:30 in the morning to Portland just to have someone be rude. Not worth your time extremely judgmental lady who almost seemed like she didn’t want us in her class.

  Fantastic workout in a very clean studio with well-maintained equipment. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The classes are high energy and a lot of fun!

  If you like indoor or outdoor cycling, or if you are just looking for some great exercise, this workout will add power to your future rides and improve your cardiovascular function...great instructors, amazing venue, and friendly/helpful staff...you NEED to check this out!
