  If it were possible to leave negative stars that would be my rating. The pure incompetence of this pharmacy staff is staggering. My six year old special needs sons medication was called in, due to it being a controled medication there is a specific date that it can be filled (3 days prior). I always make sure to give plenty of time for things to go array such as the mandatory prior authorization, out of stock, ect.....I called the medication in 8 days ago with a note that there was a change in dosage. At the correct pickup date (Thursday) I tried to pick up my son's medication, was told it was too early and couldn't be picked up until the following week. At this point my son had one tablet left, we ask if they were filling the correct dosage to which they were not. The pharmacist had to order in the correct supply and we were told to come back Saturday to pick up. Not a big deal we would just medicate my son a little later than normal. We tried to pick up Saturday to find out the pharmacy ordered the wrong dosage and the medication wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, Im currently sitting outside the window and have been for nearly 40 minutes waiting on this prescription because they are determined to be petty and make us wait. The customer service has been horrific and being a former pharmacy technician in both a retail and closed for atmosphere I know exactly how long it takes to fill a priority order. If we are able to pick up today it will be the last time I EVER visit this location for ANYTHING. I sincerely hope that the crew in the pharmacy get a lesson in customer service and customer retention. I would strongly advise using a different pharmacy unless you like being spoken to like you are beneath them.

  I really want to give the pharmacist/tech, Izzy a well-deserved shout out- My doctor sent my monthly prescription in that was due today. I waited a while and then checked the app to see if it was ready and it wasn’t, so I called a few times and couldn’t get through to anyone because they were so busy. I knew I was going to have to show up there to (hopefully) get it filled, but couldn’t make it there until an hour before they closed. I got there and Izzy came to the window, she let me know my prescription was not ready and that they were behind, so it could be filled tomorrow. I told her that they were due today and I hadn’t taken them yet, and asked if she could please fill just enough for today and I could come back tomorrow for the rest. She said she would see what she could do and to give her some time. I came back right before they closed and she had filled my whole prescription for me 🥲 I know she didn’t have to do that, and I could tell that she was overwhelmed, but she went above and beyond for me anyway and she absolutely deserves some praise for that. Give her a raise Hannaford!!

  Service is quick and easy. Staff has been great, even when I had some issues switching from an out of state pharmacy and new insurance. Thank you!
