  Update- 9/15/2025. Things were starting to get better. Prescriptions were being filled faster. They had a bunch of new people so there were mistakes being made. They didn't bother checking to see him someone was on 2 different doses of the same medication so they only filled one, for example. I have been calling before going in to pick up my Prescriptions. I called between 10-11am. I was told that they had the new prescription, he put it through my insurance while we were on the phone. He said they were busy so give them a couple of hours. No problem. I ended up not getting there until almost 6pm. They weren't ready!! I said that don't make sense and I told her what I had been told. She didn't care. Instead asking me if I would like to wait another 15 minutes and they would get them ready. Im sorry if you tell someone that they will be ready in a couple of hours( by a person not AI) they should be ready. I thought they were getting there stuff together but maybe not. I really like the 2 pharmacists but most of the others leave a lot to be desired. I normally have no problem here. The last month or 2 service seems to have taken a nose dive. For example, I just went in to pick up a prescription for the 2nd or 3rd time! I got told the same thing I did the 1st time, "It's not ready." Why wasn't it filled the 1st time I came in? Who knows. Then why wasn't it filled between then and now? Good question... What really made me mad is that after walking around for 5 minutes, I go back, and the technician tells me that she tried to call 15 minutes ago. Hmmm. Ok, I left my phone in the car. I'm now sitting in my car, there's no missed phone call and on top of that I wasn't even in the store for 10 minutes so why would she have called me before I got there? I hate liars!

  The service here is going downhill fast. Both my wife and I have had problems getting prescriptions filled for things like insulin, asthma meds and so on. Currently I’m going to be without insulin until at least Friday if not for the entire weekend. How exactly does a modern pharmacy NOT have very common meds available?! I’m confused, I guess you’re fired Hannaford. 🤷‍♂️😡🤬
