- GAgrant abramsonMar 2, 20261.0Terrible Parmacy. Terrible Service! My doctor called in the prescription on a Sunday. On Monday at 9:30 am I called Hannaford Parmacy in Jay Maine to ask about my prescription. They said it would be ready at 1pm. At 1pm, no call no nothing. I call at 1:30pm and they said my prescription is ready. I drive all the way to Hannoford Pharmacy and they only have 2 antibiotic pills out of 20 I need. Then they spilled my other medicine which was liquid because they didn't tighten down the cap. They said they couldn't promise the rest of my antibiotics would be there the next day. Unbelievable! Then they couldn't get my Anthem Insurance to work which i just used at urgent care the day before. Finally completely frustrated I asked Hannaford Parmacy in Jay if they could just transfer the prescription to Wallgreens in Livermore Falls, they said yes. Walgreens called them and sent the prescription. So far so good.Walgreens calls me and says my prescription was ready. I drive down for the second time and the have part of my prescription. I ask where are my antibiotics? They said when they called Hannaford Parmacy they sent over everything but the Antibiotics Prescription. Walgreens had to call again to get the full prescription. Hannaford Parmacy SUCKS! First they have me drive down for 2 pills. Spill my other medicine. Can't get my insurance card to work right which Walgreens had no problem and,,,, forgot to send Walgreend my antibiotics. Walgreens Parmacy understood the situation i was in and filed my antibiotics in 10 minutes. Thank you Walgreens!
