- SDSarah DavisSep 22, 20252.0Have had multiple issues. They have sent me texts to say a prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and they have a question about the prescription. Never called myself or doctor to get the question answered before texting to say the med is ready. Have gotten a text a couple times to say a med is ready. I go to pick up and get told the med isn't ready or they don't have the prescription from the doctor. Finally, I have called before to ask if a med is ready person on the phone said yes. Weng to pick it up and they claimed they didn't have the order from the doctor. Overall just poor and frustrating customer service.
