Today when I checked in I had to get off a piece of exercise equipment to go to the front desk to check in my wife. As they were directing me on their new procedure- I explained I was on a short time frame and I was frustrated not being able to see my phone without my glasses. I said you can probably tell I am irritated. Charles Sutton (employee) - responded yes - I am about to address that! I asked him- how so? He said I'm about to ask you to leave! Not an apology for stopping my workout... Not an apology for this being the first time anyone has ever asked me to run through a long process to send texts through their app to invite a guest. Instead he addressed my visible frustration with a comment that was irresponsible! I left - and am looking to change Gyms. Customer service skills are zero! This gym deserves a low score. I've waited outside numerous times in the morning with many other people as they opened the doors late... They definitely waste people's time!

They stand around pretending to be busy. Curtains are too narrow in the shower so water gets out on the floor or you get your towel wet or the towel of the person in the next shower!!!

- MHMaggie HJun 19, 20253.0Clean gym & clean hot showers. They really couldve spent a couple extra cents to make the shower curtain actually block people from seeing in. Youd be better off bringing your own curtain or taking the last stall so you can block the right side and have the wall to your left since people cant walk past the other way. Ive been to many planet fitnesses across the country and have never had that issue before 🤷♀️ Besides that, the staff were very nice/welcoming and that made up for the unpleasant experience
