But literally every time I go to pick up an Rx, it’s late or there’s some type of problem processing it or or there’s a system update it’s out of stock or some other issue. The only thing I can count on when filling an Rx at Hannaford pharmacy in Falmouth is that it will not go smoothly.

He couldn't find my prescription initially, and after 30 minutes of searching, he found it but informed me they didn't have it and to come back tomorrow.When I sent my husband, they lost one prescription, only providing two. Despite attempting to call them around 100 times, they didn't answer my calls.Coming here is literally a waste of both time and money.

One of them walked away from a customer that was at her counter, shut the lights off and said it's her lunch break. I would typically give the benefit of doubt that maybe the employee was just having a bad day, but this a recurring theme from what I've seen the last few times I've been there. They are also very unhelpful with using the GoodRX coupons and will always try and charge you the maximum amount. I am switching stores and I will gladly drive to a pharmacy that is further away to not have to deal with the terrible customer service.

The manager, Monique is constantly working on making waiting times as short as possible. Her staff is friendly and easy to deal with, even when they are slammed. The customer service is great and I’m glad they are my local pharmacy!
