  Rarely does an interaction bother me. I’m typically someone who can move on with my day and give others grace. But whomever I interacted with today was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across. I accidentally gave the tech my maiden name instead of my current name. This was easily fixable once we both realized it was the wrong name. No amount of apologizing on my end would stop her scoffing or angry looks. “Okay well that’s not the name you gave me.” I was trying to get an update on my medication as I struggle with post partum depression and haven’t had my medication for a few days. The tech says “I requested it.” End of conversation. No it will be ready I’m a few days. No further instruction. Im not a rude person. Im sure these workers encounter rude customers but I’m not one of them. I’m always understanding unless you give me a reason not to be. And her behavior was enough for me. A simple “it’s okay” would have sufficed. Basic people skills have gone out the window.

  I have completely given up on this pharmacy. As a pharmacy tech myself I have tried to be patient but the attitude given by the employees here makes transactions feel impossible. Trying to pick up my child’s medication, they told me a 30min wait when I was already here. I waited 30min and checked in on the status, and was told it was never started and I need to wait another 30min. Seeing as I fill this medication myself multiple times a day I know it doesn’t take 30min to fill and my own pharmacy would have it ready in 5min. Unfortunately this is the pharmacy next to my child’s Dr office which is why I have continued to come here. The attitude I get makes it no longer worth it unfortunately.

  I slipped a disk while doing farm work and went here to fill my prescription, where the lab tech decided that I didn't need the medication because she refused to look up my information so I had to go home in excruciating pain and return then next day when someone else was on shift. Not professional to deny someone thier medication based on thier personal biases.
