- PBPaige ButtonFeb 3, 20251.0I have completely given up on this pharmacy. As a pharmacy tech myself I have tried to be patient but the attitude given by the employees here makes transactions feel impossible. Trying to pick up my child’s medication, they told me a 30min wait when I was already here. I waited 30min and checked in on the status, and was told it was never started and I need to wait another 30min. Seeing as I fill this medication myself multiple times a day I know it doesn’t take 30min to fill and my own pharmacy would have it ready in 5min. Unfortunately this is the pharmacy next to my child’s Dr office which is why I have continued to come here. The attitude I get makes it no longer worth it unfortunately.
- WAWilliam ArmingtonJan 27, 20241.0I slipped a disk while doing farm work and went here to fill my prescription, where the lab tech decided that I didn't need the medication because she refused to look up my information so I had to go home in excruciating pain and return then next day when someone else was on shift. Not professional to deny someone thier medication based on thier personal biases.
