  It’s 4:54 on Saturday the VM says they are closed but google hours says open till 6pm- glad i called First and did t just drive over.

  I have no medication left I’m all out and it still isn’t ready.I placed order on Thursday they said it would be ready Saturday and it Monday now and it’s “still in progress” prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. Always says “in progress for multiple days after the scheduled pick up date.And sometimes when it says it’s ready, you get to the drive thru and they say “ it’s almost done we are working on it” I’m switching back to Walmart quicker and way better service

  My Haanafords store is the nearest to Harpswell, a town w the oldest age population in Maine (a state with the oldest population in the US). Many of us live alone. So why, when I’m sick, I’m not allowed to pay for my RX over the phone so that a friend picking up my RX for me doesn’t have to also come up w the money to pick it up for me??? Horrible, thoughtless customer service!!!!
