Sent &;received verification, they still wouldn't fill it because Tri Care had sent it, however it wasn't going to get here in time. So this pharmacy acted as a gate keeper for continuity of my prescription; not good.

Based on my personal experience with various pharmacies, I give the Hannaford Pharmacy in Brewer 5-stars for accuracy, price and especially for service. Have you ever arrived at a pharmacy only to find that there’s some problem with the prescription and it’s not ready to pick up? When that’s happened to me, I’ve gotten a phone call from the Hannaford pharmacy BEFORE I arrived for pick-up. On another occasion, they called to warn me regarding the price of my medicine and suggested how I might get a discount coupon. The staff are very pleasant at the pick-up window and although they are also very busy, they take the time to be helpful !
