  They are constantly having issues with their “system”. Multiple times I have had to wait for them to “find” scripts that were called in then had to wait hours for it to get filled. When they can’t fill a prescription it has taken multiple attempts and phone calls for them to transfer the prescription and on multiple occasions they have had issues with my insurance causing me to pay out of pocket just to be done with the whole transaction. I have never had a successful attempt at filling a prescription here and will not be trying again.

  this pharmacy is a joke. While in town our little one got sick. Doctor prescribed basic antibiotics and sent to this pharmacy. That was in the am. We went to pharmacy right away and was told that prescriptions can’t be filled until 5-7pm. Keep in mind it was Friday and pharmacy closed on Saturday and Sunday. When we came back in the evening. We were told that one of the meds is out of stock and won’t be available until Tuesday. If we were told that in the morning we could have found another pharmacy and asked doctor to send prescription there instead we were left high and dry with sick child on hands and no meds. It seems that staff simply does not care and/or unprofessional. Ps. The reason I decided to write this review because I just got a call that prescription is ready for pick up (6 days later). As I said, this pharmacy is a joke.

  Went in to pick up a covid related prescription for my wife and was told that our doctor had not sent anything in. Called the doctors office and they confirmed that they had called it in almost 5 hours earlier. Called Hannaford back and they said that they didn't have the prescription on hand so they transferred it to Walgreens. So basically the girl at the counter lied outright to me. Would have been nice if Hannaford had let us know the prescription had been transferred. Extremely disappointed.
