I was informed that there was a change in the payment policy where debit cards are automatically charged a late fee. When I asked if there was any written communication about the policy change so I could've addressed the issue before I had gotten the late fee. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was rude, extremely dismissive, and my favorite quote was " we have 15,000 members and it's not our job to red flag everybody". You would think if there was a change in policy, you'd inform your customers so that they can have an informed discussion. They have terrible phone etiquette, and the bathrooms are always disgusting, and I could've dealt with the nasty bathrooms. But being yelled at and treated rudely by an employee was enough. Run far away from this place.
