- SPStephen PickeringFeb 13, 20265.0I was very impressed with my experience at Miracle Ear and more specifically with Robert Bullard. The time he spent with me and my wife was above and beyond what I expected. When all my testing was complete, his explanation of what he had done during testing and what I should expect from hearing aids I was more than ready to purchase and live life to the fullest. I knew that I had hearing issues but I didn’t realize how bad certain parts of my hearing was. I was very fortunate to have Robert Bullard be the one to introduce me to Miracle Ear’s product and Miracle Ear is very fortunate to have Robert Bullard represent them.
- LALynn AndersonJun 18, 20251.0After two hearing aids and about $11,000-$12,000 spent Mom's hearing is still terrible. Last service here was terrible.They stated 74 percent hearing loss. Lol I know of others in the family who also bought $6,000.00 hearing aids with not much improvement in their hearing to speak of. They know Mom walked out after terrible service and it's proved to be exactly as I said. "They will never bother to help you because they already have been paid in full for both sets of hearing aids and after care." Never called and tried to help. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. She spent enough to buy a car here.

Recessionist was super professional as well as Steve, a Navy veteran who is the audiologist. Again, a super professional who also gave me great advice for my wife who is having a problem with her balance. Also, the office is very neat and clean.
