- JCJeff CrossmanMar 5, 20265.0I had a really great experience at the LensCrafters in Bangor, Maine. Lorraine helped me with my glasses, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was pleasant, kind, and very patient throughout the whole process. She made what could have been a routine errand feel genuinely easy and enjoyable. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to treat you well and make sure you’re taken care of, and Lorraine definitely did that. I’m very satisfied with the experience and really appreciated her help.
- ICIsaiah CotterFeb 4, 20265.0Called ahead of time, but they long story short I had a screw missing which means I don't have one of my arms for my glasses and they got me a perfect fit and fixed it for me for free of charge. I asked if they could at least accept tips and they I formed me that unfortunately they are not supposed to accept tips. Personally I think this is dumb, I don't think any place should have a policy like that. I say if a customer is happy and satisfied to the extent of tipping they should be open to. But other than that, great service and a positive and respectful welcome from both of the employees.
