I love the sign-in podium where I can see how many customers are ahead of me when I walk in. Glasses are typically ready for pickup in under an hour. Prices are competitive. One-year guarantee on frames is generous. I typically walk out with two pair of glasses, one offered for free through my insurance.

Understandable show out to the eye doctor for getting the prescription right but the glasses were made perfectly and with multifocals that can me a challenge or an adjustment. I feel you get what you pay for. Invest in your vision and don't go cheap on glasses. They offer a second pair discount and they take VSP plans that you can get as an individual. My glasses were ready in a few days and I love the Coach pair I picked and my fun second pair. A great experience!
