I have been coming here for a few months now. I don't understand all the bad reviews. Everyone has been pretty nice to me and I haven't had any issues at all. Both pharmacists that I have met, and all the techs are pretty great. My meds are always ready when they say they are, ni delays, and they are responsive and kind.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this felt necessary to share. I do NOT recommend this pharmacy. Shaw’s billed my insurance on 9/5 for my prescription and still hadn’t filled it by 9/22. Since they billed my insurance, nowhere else could fill it either. I called 4-5 times a day minimum and no one picked up the phone. It took so long each time the phone lines would automatically hang up. They’ve made me go weeks without my medication. Yes they’re probably busy and short staffed like everyone else, so I tried to give them some grace. But this was NOT okay. 0/5 stars if I could.

For the last 6 months the pharmacy at Shaws in Augusta has staff that is rude, impatient and unhelpful. I was going out of town for a week and she said they couldn't fill my prescriptions in time. I asked for the pharmacist who made sure all of my prescriptions were filled in the timeframe I needed. Also, I wanted 2 shots on another occasion. They had walk in service and told me they didn't have time to do any. I made and appointment and was told I would need to come in twice, once of each shot because of staffing. I told her I wasn't going to do that so she then scheduled them together. I am thinking of changing because I feel like I always have to fight them to get my needs met. I know they are busy but they could be nice about it.

A lady just hung up on me at the pharmacy. I called to ask for a refill and she said she would look into it later today. The refill is needed today since the medication ran out yesterday. But she hung up.
