Shaw’s billed my insurance on 9/5 for my prescription and still hadn’t filled it by 9/22. Since they billed my insurance, nowhere else could fill it either. I called 4-5 times a day minimum and no one picked up the phone. It took so long each time the phone lines would automatically hang up. They’ve made me go weeks without my medication. Yes they’re probably busy and short staffed like everyone else, so I tried to give them some grace. But this was NOT okay. 0/5 stars if I could.
