  Kennebec Senior Care has really done a lot for us at our 104-bed assisted living facility. We have made personal connections with almost all their employees - which is easy to do when they are so personable and helpful. They will do whatever they can to make the residents' lives easier! An extra thank you goes to Sue in billing for always helping me out.

  There are not words that I can say to give complete justice to what Kennebec Senior Care has meant to my team at The Meadows and more Importantly the residents. We decided to go with Kennebec Senior Care almost 4 years ago because the pharmacy we were with was not able to deliver our medications on time causing our residents to miss medications that they desperately needed. I was a bit learyto Join Kennebec Senior Care because they are in Augusta and my facility is is Old Town. They have not to this date EVER missed a delivery or have my residents ever missed any medications. The team from the top all the way to the bottom are the most professional, kind and helpful people I have ever worked with. They have lessened my time by not having to chase down prescriptions that were sent to the pharmacy and then lost, by not having to call the doctors offices to get prior authorizations because their staff do it for you, and in the end the people who benefit are the residents because we more of our time to just spend time with them. The pill pouches are extremely easy to read and we have never had any issues with the wrong medication being in them. The delivery drivers are very professional and friendly. They work with us to give the residents the best care that they deserve. I thank each and every member of the Kennebec Senior Care staff for how they care for my staff members and most importantly our residents.
