    Our visit for my husband was very alarmly from miscommunication to complete chaos. My husband has hated his smile for years.We were promised that he was going to finally enjoy a smile. First appointment , went well , the x ray and procedure to make a partial. We were told that the teeth would need to be extracted in the front and the partial would be placed.The appointment was made upon for today upon arriving today for the appointment the hygienist was rude to both my husband and I no personality and didn't appear who enjoy her job, not a place to be especially a dentist office, we were told by hygienist one tooth was going to be taken out then doctor Chang came into the room and wanted to pull all the teeth and put the partial in which was the original plan.So I'm not quite sure where the miscommunication or chaos originated , but this is caused a lot of confusion and a lot of uneasiness being our second time going to a dentist office. I plan to reach out to the office manager to get our concern addressed so we don't have to be on edge when this is supposed to be a fun , exciting time on being able to smile again.
