  I am now 45 minutes past my appointment time for a flu shot. Asked 10 minutes ago how much longer it would be and was told “not much longer”. If I didn’t need this for work, I’d already be gone. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

  Been taking my prescriptions here for two years and the service has always been less-than-ideal (waiting 5-10 minutes for a pharmacist when there is no line, long wait times for prescriptions, a very rude manager) but I am appalled at how bad it’s gotten. There is an option to have the pharmacy call your doctor when you need a refill, and TWICE the doctor was not called, leaving me waiting for a prescription that couldn’t be filled, and they hadn’t bothered to tell me. Once they left a voicemail having me come in to get a partial prescription because a shipment had been delayed, and when I arrived they had no documentation of the call or of any meds waiting for me. I’m willing to accept delays because of the pandemic, but the problems here go beyond Covid-19. Note: the problem is with the manager and the long-term older staff, not the pharmacy techs. They are delightful!
