  What an amazing journey this has been. It started with a polite phone call from a young lady by the name of Jenny who set up my appointment. Sent me an email to remind me of the date and time. When I reached the office in Auburn, I was greeted at the front desk by a young lady by the name of Jolin. Jolin was kind and took care of all of my information and got me set up with all of my insurance explained how the payment process worked and asked me what day of the month I would like my payments to come out. Then the respiratory therapist by the name of Kayla was absolutely amazing. Explained to me how to use my machine and make sure that the straps were in the right places we had conversations and the way I went. I felt confident and comfortable when I went home to sleep. Last night I used my machine for the first time. I slept well and I’m anxious to see what happens next I couldn’t say more about this business Top notch business highly recommend the team at Kennebec pharmacy and home care if you need a CPAP thank you.

  Robert made my appointment super easy, explaining everything step by step and making sure that my mask fit just right. I went home and felt prepared to use my machine!

  Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. I asked to try the nasal mask but turns out it doesn't work well. I'd like to try the other minimalist nose cover. Would you please send some of that kind to me? Thanks.
