What’s worse is that someone from another office actually warned me about her beforehand, saying her service wasn’t the best, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. I really wish I had listened. This experience confirmed everything I’d heard. I would never go back to this location again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for respectful and professional service………

I called simply asking for a quote and mentioned that I had also spoken with the Portland location—immediately, her attitude changed. She cut me off and said, “Nope, can’t and won’t give any discounts,” in the most dismissive tone. The gentleman at the Portland location, on the other hand, was kind, helpful, and offered a great discount because he genuinely cared about the customer. Michelle’s attitude alone is enough to make me never want to visit or recommend the Auburn location to anyone—friends, family, or otherwise. I’ll be taking all my business to Portland from now on.
