  I called today to schedule an appointment for my two children as new patients. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and if the front desk treats potential patients this way, it raises concerns about the overall experience. Based on this interaction, I will not be moving forward

  Typically have a great experience with this office but our last visit left much to be desired. I wanted to talk to my baby’s doctor about a milk sensitivity that was causing digestion issues. I was told because it was a single concern, not a well visit I had to make a same day appointment, not a regular appointment. They also categorize these appointments as sick appointments. Upon arrival/check in, I was told my daughter had to sit in the sick area. I thought this was a mistake and I stated my child was not sick and explained why she was there. The receptionist at the sick area barely listened and rudely responded “we don’t know what’s causing her issue so she needs to be in the sick area” You want to put a perfectly healthy child in an area with sick children because of how you all categorize appointments? There were other sick kids there and I overheard conversation about the severity of one of their illnesses and they wanted me to put my baby in the same area as them. She recommended me to put a mask on her. You cannot put a mask on a baby. That was simply idiotic to say the least. Usually enjoy them but that receptionist was rude and they truly need to look at their policy. If it’s a “same day” appointment It should not be considered sick unless the kid is actually sick. They’d truly risk your child getting sick for a technicality?

  My 5 year has been coughing non stop and my husband tried taking her in today to get looked at. We didn’t make an appointment cause we thought they accept walk ins. They go in, there’s no one in the sick lobby or regular patient lobby. The receptionist were in there when we came in. However they tell us they do not accept walk ins and that they can come back after 1:15 after their lunch break. That would have been fine but the attitude that was given when saying was rude and disrespectful
