  I had testing completed at this quest diagnostics site and the service was amazing. The technician who worked with me (Yuellanda) was absolutely the best. So kind and patient. She gave me water, waited for me when I was having a hard time, and was just exceptional the whole time. I hope they know what a gem they have in her!

  The phlebotomist was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She had me feeling comfortable, at ease and giggling within the first 10 seconds of my arrival.

  This is a small lab. Only 1 person works there. The woman today who drew my blood is a SAINT! She got my blood draw on the first try where other labs stick me multiple times. She works so hard so there isn’t a wait. But in this day and age, people expect things to be instantaneous. This woman is doing everything she can to provide expert care and support her family. As someone who works in the medical field (but with animals), the kindness and thoroughness is greatly appreciated! I forgot how to spell her name (sounds like Yolanda), thank you!

  Currently in the waiting room at this location. Check in kiosk is down. Waiting room is filthy. No technicians or phlebotomists in sight. I had an appointment at 8:20 and have been waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time. Only one person has been taken back in the 40 minutes I have been here. Never returning to this location again

  Avoid at all costs. Went in with an electronic request for lab work as well as having a physical copy of the blood work request in hand the staff was incompetent to the point of not being able to do the blood draw because they claimed they couldn't read what was on the lab work or wasn't familiar with it they had me waiting for an hour to the point where it was time to just call it quits and leave which infuriated them for whatever reason even though I could hear them in the other room saying how they didn't want to deal with this. They simply did not have the knowledge or competence to perform this simple blood draw and wanted to blame it on everything but themselves.
