- PJPS JApr 7, 20251.0It's a shame. I was really looking forward to getting my hearing corrected. I waited over to weeks to get a Saturday appointment. The store opens a 9:00AM, I was asked to get there 10 min early so I did. No one was there, I waited and waited and waited. I finally gave up at 9:20 after waiting 30 min. They never showed up to open the store. We had been communicating for many days prior to the appointment and I even confirmed it several times. I guess Miracle Ear doesn't really care about its customers.

It's kind of weird since she lived in Florida and never lived at my address. I have called them multiple times to get my grandmother removed from their mailers and they always say it will be taken care of but never actually is. I got another one today. Thanks for the regular reminder that my grandmother passed guys!
