  The phone tech always sound grumpy and rude. She never finish what i am trying to say since the situation has something to do with the last name of the patient. She interrupt then we ended up transferring me over to a pharmacist who at least know what to do instead of interrupting me. No wonder you only have 2.8 rate.

  I usually don’t have any problems with giant pharmacy but today’s visit was not ok. I asked the tech a few times about a medication. The first and second time were ignored. The third time, they interrupted me when i was in the middle of asking. Being busy is not an excuse for this.

  The staff are mostly friendly but they are soooo slow filling prescriptions

  I’ve been there a few times. No one is friendly. They’ve forgotten about my order before and I waited over an hour to get. Another time, my dr sent in script a few times that my insurance kept saying needs prior authorization. So my dr told me to pay cash. When I called the pharmacy they said they need the dr to tell them that. What’s the difference?!?! My dr already sent in the script twice bc I needed the meds. It’s just crazy. And again, when they told me that this was the case, they were rude.
