  I’ve been there a few times. No one is friendly. They’ve forgotten about my order before and I waited over an hour to get. Another time, my dr sent in script a few times that my insurance kept saying needs prior authorization. So my dr told me to pay cash. When I called the pharmacy they said they need the dr to tell them that. What’s the difference?!?! My dr already sent in the script twice bc I needed the meds. It’s just crazy. And again, when they told me that this was the case, they were rude.

  I don't understand these negative reviews. The staff here is always nice and courteous. They fill scripts quickly and are great with vaccines and insurance coverage, for said vaccines. I've never been treated rudely, never wait for any long lengths of time. The people leaving poor reviews because pharmacists won't discuss their schedule 1,2,3's in stock, is standard practice. They all tell you have to come in for questions about restricted meds. Because pharmacies are constantly hit and held up! Anything more expected from this staff and the pharmacy, is unrealistic. I'd also suggest the nay sayers go stand in line at a cvs or walgreens in Silver Spring, then they'll actually experience slow wait times and rude staff.

  Called today to try and see if my husbands insurance was covered and if they had a prescrption in stock that I am having trouble finding! Lady was VERY rude nasty and disrespectful. If that’s the attitude you have with a new client over the phone you will not get my clientel. Just rude!
