  I recently had my first visit to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Westminster for a small growth on my face. It was very easy to schedule an appointment right online and was also able to upload my relevant insurance information and identification. The office is very nice, and you are able to answer your health history questions right on a nice iPad like tablet. I saw Dr Marianne Dawn. She was very friendly and told me I had a seborrheic keratosis. She said she could freeze it off right then and there. So, five minutes later I was done! She told me how to treat it over the next couple weeks and now there is no sign of it whatsoever. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist and will use them again myself if I need any dermatological care.

  There is no way to contact the office, you have to talk to an answering service. On top of the added frustration of the call service, Dr. Dawn was cold and rude. She barely says 2 words when you are in your appointment. I will not be returning and if you don’t like rude doctors or having the run around of a call service, I would recommend to stay away!

  I went to them today for issues I have been having for years that I'm actually quite embarrassed about. My primary doctor sent me there. Twi employees stood in the corner the whole time the doctor was with me (maybe 5 minutes) which made me extremely uncomfortable and I didn't even want to tell her anything else. The doctor herself felt very dismissive and didn't explain anything. A waste of my time and money going. I will not go to them. I will be talking to my primary at my follow up and having me go to a doctor they know. It really did take a lot for me to even bring up these issues and I just cried in my car from how I felt I was treated and that doctor showed no care whatsoever.

  Called to schedule an appoitment just now and just in shock from unprofessianal answering service...Not only she sounded like she hates her job right away, she was annoyed when I was asking her about the time, dates and provider names. Since I have not heard any familiar Drs names, I wanted to research them a bit, well, she stated that I wasted her time...Sorry, will not waste it any longer, yours or your providers...

  Avoid at all costs!!! They don't answer the phones, they hire rude and incompetent staff, the managers leave whenever they feel like it and leave incompetent staff bumbling around like Keystone cops. Worst of all, the medical staff can't be bothered to help patients thru the entire process, but just burn thru people so they can get paid. Both employees griped about the 70 patients they saw in one day. THATS YOUR JOB!!! Do I complain when my business is busy??? The fact is absolutely clear that medical care means nothing.... taking your money is their only goal.
