KAYLA IS OUTSTANDING! I was very needy and she stuck with me until the end. Not a pushy salesperson but just hangs out until you decide what you want, or need to back a transaction out to get a deal. Xavier has the patience of a saint. He was so kind and caring to my son learning how to put his contacts in for the first time. I’m so grateful for his positive attitude when my boy was ready to give up. And lastly, Dr Libengood restored my faith in optometrist after a poor experience elsewhere. Thank you all again!

Kelley was fantastic as always—patient with me and my husband, and very knowledgeable about eyewear. I also saw the manager, Monty, handle a rude customer over the phone with calmness and respect, despite the customer’s aggressive behavior.

I called first to inquire about glasses repair. I was told to come in. Once I got there Kayla was the one who assisted me. She also happened in o be the person I spoke to on the phone. She remembered that I called earlier. Kayla fixed my glasses within 5 minutes. They fit perfectly. Kayla was helpful, friendly and gave off good vibes. I am appreciative of the great customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
