- LWLalaysha WashingtonFeb 3, 20261.0I am a new patient at this OB/GYN practice, and unfortunately my first interaction was extremely disappointing. I spoke with a front desk representative named Tony over the phone, and her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As a new patient, I was expecting basic courtesy and clear communication. Instead, I was spoken to in a manner that felt disrespectful and unnecessarily harsh. The tone and lack of patience displayed during the call were unacceptable, especially for a medical practice that serves expectant mothers and patients who may already be feeling vulnerable. For this to be a private OB/GYN office, it is concerning that someone with such poor customer service skills is placed as the first point of contact. The front desk sets the tone for the entire practice, and this interaction did not reflect care, compassion, or professionalism in any way. It came across as though she simply did not care about patients at all. I truly hope management addresses this issue, as no patient especially a new one should be treated this way. Professionalism, empathy, and respect are essential qualities for anyone representing a healthcare provider.

- LRL RosèJul 8, 20195.0I started going to Dr. Ali for my first pregnancy as I kept having problems with my previous OB. With my first pregnancy, I went into a severe depression and Dr. Ali noticed before my husband and family did. He not only cares for his patients, he pays attention to their temperament and that was really meaningful to me. Now I'm seeing him for my second pregnancy. This time my pregnancy was high risk and I am also seeing a specialist. He has answered all my questions and definitely reassured me during this one. There's nothing more scary than not knowing what to expect. Dr. Ali has definitely put me at ease by informing me every step of the way about my second baby and her progress. I am now 35 weeks and I will be able to carry her to full term! Yay!
