  I must say after being a mom of (2) and new addition to the family my grandson I’ll admit Cambridge Pediatricians are the BEST. In fact Dr. Shah was my doctor and sibling pediatrician when we were babies. Dr. Abney was my oldest daughter doctor they are truly a blessing. I even love Dr. Ferroqui as my grandson pediatrician he shows compassion to my children and grandchildren. These doctors are All awesome!!! The staff at the front desk needs more improvement it’s a work in progress please accept this comment as helpful criticism. I been coming there since 1999. I wouldn’t change my children doctors even if they continue to have turnovers at the front desk. I would just say that.

  I’ve had mixed experiences at this pediatric office. The nurse practitioners are actually very good — they are caring, knowledgeable, and great with children. However, the front desk staff has been a very different experience. They often seem unfriendly and cold, which is surprising for a place that serves children and families. I was also frustrated with the cancellation policy. I had to cancel an appointment the same day, within about two hours, and was still charged a cancellation fee. With kids, unexpected things happen, so that felt very disappointing. Because of the overall experience — including the cancellation policy and the uncomfortable interactions with the front desk staff — I’ve decided to change my children’s pediatrician. I do appreciate the nurse practitioners and the care they provide, but unfortunately the overall environment and policies have made it difficult to continue with this office..
