I always have problems with my insurance, and it always takes a super long time to resolve. Today, the lady working the counter at 2:35, January 24, 2026 (im being so specific because i think she deserves the credit if her boss reads this), resolved my issue in 30 minutes. This is literally the only time I have ever gotten this problem resolved within the same day. She also did it while still taking other customers. I'm genuinely blown away that she made this usually monumental problem dissappear. What great customer service.
