  Fast and transparent experience. Shey was very nice and gentle, and fun to talk to. Made the whole experience feel like not a big deal to me as I see the bloodwork equal to an exam. In and out in 30min even though I had to wait 5min. I was there for 10:10 and out at 40.

  Pros: +Ease of use. You can place/change appts online. They email you a QR code that you can scan when you arrive +Professionalism: My phlebotomist was Phyllis and she did a GREAT job, I was in and out super quick I DESPISE Labcorp because theyre unprofessional/unreliable and now that I know Quest exists, I'll ONLY come to Quest for all my bloodwork

  Came as a walk in at 8am on a Tuesday to get some labs drawn. There were 3 people in the waiting room. There was no one at the desk. I checked in at the kiosk- and it said they can’t take me until 9:10! An hour wait time is absurd and ridiculous so I was waiting to talk to anyone. Someone called me back at 8:30 but then the phlebotomist sat at the computer and clicked for literally 15 min. I asked if everything was ok and she said “yea I’m trying to enter your insurance” but I scanned my card at the kiosk. They need to do better. I would never come back here

  The phlebotomist Ashley did a fantastic job with taking my one year old son's blood. We went to two different places before GBMC and they all messed up so badly, it hurt to watch.. feeling like I had lost all hope in my options, my doctor suggested me to GBMC and I'm glad I went. Ms. Ashley got it her first try and was humble, smart, and sweet. 💜 Please protect this woman at all costs. She is great with kids and people. I will be calling tomorrow to leave a good review with your manager as well. I need to make sure she is recognized for her work. I could not be happier. :) thank you, Ms. Ashley!!
