Family Care Associates (FCA) is housed in a brand-new office designed to streamline the healthcare process. With a lounge in place of a waiting room, concierge desk, phlebotomy room for blood services, 14 wellness exam rooms, an easier workflow with less clutter, and eight well-trained physicians on staff, FCA has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level 3 Physician Practice Connections Patient-Centered Medical Home (PPC-PCMH). Conveniently located in Physicians Pavilion North on GBMC’s main campus, FCA offers extended hours during the week, as well as weekend hours. Languages spoken at FCA include English and Spanish.
