I showed up to the appointment and the receptionist was absolutely amazing named Zoe. The dental assistant was super sweet and gentle with me doing the CBCT scan and x-rays. Dr. Richardson and somebody who I would go to over and over I am terrified for the dental journey that lie ahead but I do hope that she is a part of it because she’s headed me in the right direction and generally seems Like one of the best dentist I’ve seen. I’ve had 16 root canals in my life and 18th removed out of my mouth when I was three years old traumatizing me with no lidocaine no numbing down no nothing, because I was a type one diabetic and nobody knew what the protocol was in 1995 for that… She’s funny and realistic and will not waste your time. The parking is amazing even if you’re handicapped and have back problems or other neurological issues. If I could give a higher recommendation than five stars I would. Location is fantastic parking is easy staff is top-notch and the dentist herself as well Thank God I found them.
