For the second time my appointment get canceled while I’m waiting from seven month to checkout my teeth. Reminder message send to me one week ago and the manager said it’s impossible to send you a reminder one day before appointment. The office system needs serious improvement in how it manages and treats patients. Communication is often poor, and patients are left without clear reminders or follow-ups about their appointments. In today’s busy world, people are juggling many responsibilities and deserve better organization and consideration. The lack of reminders, and the sense that patient concerns are not valued create frustration and distrust. A medical office should operate with empathy, efficiency, and respect for people’s time and circumstances. Improving communication, showing understanding, and prioritizing patient needs would not only enhance satisfaction but also reflect the professionalism that patients expect and deserve.

Worst dental appointment I've ever had in my lifetime left the office in tears and hyperventilating! Supposed to be understanding for high anxiety most definitely the opposite! Got yelled at while already balling my eye out in fear and was not treated with respect or understanding! Do not recommend to anyone!

This place is awful Dr Snyder was completely rude he walked into the room with a ride tone with someone who was already terrified of the dentist I thought this places specializes in people with dental scared of the dentist he got in her face with his face and finger and also started to yell at me for asking him what his problem was and why he was yelling in my girlfriends face she didn't say one word to him she couldn't she was petrified I had to step in and get loud back before he would get out of her face the one hygienist in purple was also mean she was poking at her teeth for no reason and causing her pain I definitely do not recommend he is very rude we couldn't leave fast enough

Mindy was the best hygienist. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough. I also really appreciated that she put the suction back after every use and didn’t just sit it on my side or ask me to hold it. It’s the little things 🙂. I would come back just to get my teeth cleaned by her!
