I canceled my membership and they contued to charge..customer service is horrible ..always on personal phones at the desk which I was my cancelation was not processed correctly .however the club manager Quinton will not take any calls and only a team member Rodney is fielding the calls..I have already contacted my bank to issue a stop payment..the corporate number will only refer you back to club so there is no real help after that..you are at the mercy of the club and what they feel like doing..I personally would never attend this club again or any planet fitness and if you're thinking about I would think otherwise and choose a different option..scammers and unprofessional

Not sure if someone regularly checks the bathroom and shower room but it definitely hasn't been cleaned for a while. It sucks that as a guest of someone we can't enjoy the full experience like the tanning beds and massaging chairs even if it was for 1 time. Those location is Loch raven and Taylor ave
