Iris-Gracie really listened to me and addressed all my concerns. A new program was set up to deal with extraneous noises like in a restaurant and I am so excited to try it out! I received education that was valuable. These two women should get a raise!! Thank you so much.

Here’s what I know: unwarranted solicitation by mail, vulnerable senior citizen responds and they promised that she’s going to receive a $1400 discount, that her medical insurance is going to pay for half of it and that she’ll only be on the hook for $2000 when she is in fact on the hook for $5700. They know very well what they’re doing and they should know that I will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection. Oh, and Stephanie‘s email address that that’s on the documents doesn’t work.
