Eric is ever cheerful, professional, and encouraging--especially when Dad is feeling less than 'hale and hearty' and may not be inclined to be his normal co-operative self. Having Eric's aid also has allowed me to prevent straining my own back while caring for Dad, which had previously been a troublesome problem for me. Eric listens attentively and takes pride in remembering important details about Dad's health, medical routine, and preferences. He always does his best to follow through, completing Dad's personal care within the allotted time, and leaving Dad feeling respected and refreshed, and Dad's personal space looking crisp and tidy. It's clear that Eric is passionately committed to doing the best job he can for his clients.
