First, attention to detail in keeping him clean and helping with physical rehab activities. Over the course of 2 years we have had many cnas, Eric and Michelle have surpassed all cumulatively. In addition, the stress of taking full time care of a family member can be overwhelming. These 2 have helped instruct my mom how to care for my father. She has gone from overwhelmed to active in taking care of my father. Me alone -- she won't listen to my directives -- those 2 have provided an avenue for her to feel part of caring for my father.

The lady that takes care of my In laws each day is Sharon She always goes above and beyond on taking care of them. She even sings to my Mother In Law :"You are my Sunshine". That is one of my Mother in Laws favorites. She is very gentle and understanding. I want you all know that she is a special employee. The other is Amanda. My father in law tried to pay her extra for doing an eacy chore for him. She refused to take the money telling him that it was against company policy. She then told my wife what she did. Her honesty is appreciated. This is a rare quality today. Both of these ladies deserve a special incentive for being who they are. Thank you, Patrick Youells
